You can search Ancestry without a subscription and, if you see anything that looks like a possible match, someone here can likely do a look-up. However, I don't think there's a ton on Ancestry for births, marriages, or deaths in Pennsylvania for that time frame.

Have you seen this? http://boards.tiscali.ancestry.co.uk/localities.northam.usa.states.illinois.counties.livingston/296/mb.ashx It takes a bit of time to load, but it lists Livingston County, Illinois Marriages Up to 1900 and has TOWNSEND, JAMES TANQUARY, MARY LIVINGSTON 01/07/1877
I don't see either Mary or James in Livingston Co. in 1930. No one was really jumping out at me after a quick look at other locations.
