Hi Mike

Don't worry about calling me Lorna, it's a common problem!! :)

Many thanks indeed for all the information you have provided, I am very grateful to you.

I do apologise for not thanking you sooner, due to some family problems and a computer crash I have only just returned to family history and have a lot of catching up to do.

Thank you again,

Regards,

Nigel

Hi Allie
Thank you SO much! The information you have provided has confirmed that I am researching the right family! Do you know how I could obtain a copy? I was begining to give up hope of ever finding them! Thank you again.
I notice you are just up the road from me in Street, I'm in Yeovil, small world isn't it!
If I can return the favour, just shout and I'll endeavour to.
Kind Regards
from an elated LornaT

Hi Nell,

Many thanks indeed for your assistance. Either of these couples could be "mine" so a lot more work required on my part :)

Best wishes,

Nigel.

Hi Cougar,

My apologies for not responding sooner, unfortunately I am unsure as to Josephs age in 1851. His youngest son (Joseph John) would have been about 20 by then.

Many thanks indeed for your help - much appreciated.

Regards,

NigelT

Kent Lookup Requests / Re: 1841 census - Greenwich/Plumstead/Woolwich TURNER
« on: Tuesday 05 July 05 19:51 BST (UK)  »
I would be very grateful if somebody with access to the 1841 Woolwich census could have a look for the following family:

David & Elizabeth TURNER

Their last know address was Wellington Street & it is possible that David may have died by 1841.

Thank you in advance,

Nigel Turner.

Kent Lookup Requests / 1841 census - Greenwich/Plumstead/Woolwich TURNER
« on: Saturday 09 April 05 22:18 BST (UK)  »
If anyone has access to the above census could they possibly keep an eye out for David & Elizabeth TURNER please.
They would probably both be in their early 60s by this time.
This is a long shot I know, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you and regards,
Nigel Turner
