I ordered certificates from the GRO quoting references on Tuesday evening 29 Sept & despatch date I have been given is 6 October (Tuesday) so only around 5 working days

She is possibly the daughter of Robert & Mary (born 1849)

but to be sure you are following the right families you really need a birth certificate for one of the children and then probably the marriage.
