Can anyone look up a marriage in Malton in 1894.  William Southwick married Matilda Ruddock.  Would love to have the information.  I cannot travel at the moment due to ill health.

US Lookup Requests / George Zammet or Sammut

I am lookking for information on  my husband's grandfather.
 
His name was George Zamme/?Sammutt.  His surname has been spelt quite a few different ways.  He was born in Mosta Malta on 29th January 1892.
 
From a small amount of information left by my mother in law he worked in Baltimore as a River Policeman.  He was given american citizenship in September 1928 the certificate number was 60941.  The certificate has
been lost.
Is there any way I can find out how long he lived in Baltimore and how he managed to get American Citizenship.  He must have returned back to Londonderry Ireland erarly 1930 as his youngest son was born in Londonderry in  Dec 1930.  I would love to know if he had a family in Baltimore.  His address was 28 Thames Street.
