Hi all
Thank you all for your help

George Richard Beech was born on the 3rd July 1853 son of Thomas Beech and Anne Brown in Wybunbury Cheshire

I have his birth certificate

The date ties in with his Death Certificate

I have found his parents in 1851 living just outside Wybunbury

No sign of them in 1861 but I then found who I thought was them in 1871 1881  and Thomas on his own as a Widdower in 1891

I know from his obituary that he is buried with them in Wybunbury Cementary

Maybe I have the wrong family ? On the other Census.
He was a bit of a mystery man, my mum his granddaughter said she thought he came from Staffordshire I don't know where she got that from
But unfortunately she is no longer with us to check anymore information

Thank you again I am open to any suggestions

Hi
Can anybody help please
Struggling to find my Gt Grandfather on the 1861 and 1871 census

His name is George Richard Beech born 1853 in Wybunbury Cheshire son of Thomas Beech and Anne Brown

I have him in 1891 1901 @ 1911 living with my Gt Grandmother Fanny Harvey, they never married but had 5 children together one being my Grandmother

I have his obituary which states he was a native of Wybunbury Cheshire and served in the North Staffordshire 64th of Foot, I can't find in 1881 but I am assuming he was serving abroad in Army

We cannot understand why he never married my Gt Grandmother maybe he was still married someone else even through we can't find any marriage.

I have found his parents in 1851 before George was born but not since
Any help or advice would be gratefully received

Thanks
Cheryl

Flintshire / Trying to find more information about Ruth Lewis parents.
« on: Tuesday 10 September 13 23:22 BST (UK)  »
Hi

My Gt Grandmother  x 2 was Ruth Lewis born 1822 in Buckley Flintshire.
She was the daughter of Edward Lewis c 1788 and Catherine.
Ruth went on to marry my Grandfather x 2 John Spencer and they spent the rest of their lives together living in Cheshire until Ruth died in 1876 in Acton Nantwich Cheshire.

I have found Edward Lewis and Catherine living in Lleweni Isaf Henllan Denbyshire on both the 1841 and 1851 Census and then they both disappear. But I cannot find their deaths to prove this.
In 1851 it states that Edward  and Catherine were born in Mold Flintshire.

Can anyone suggest where I can find their marriage or information of any other children they may have had?

Hi Jack

Thank for the information.
Sorry I've not got back straight away but I have been checking what you posted.

Since I last made contact my Father in law William Desmond Guerin has sadly passed away, and we are coming over to Limerick at the beginning of June to bring his ashes to be placed in the family grave.

The family grave details tie in with what you found out.
In it are as you said are Teresa O'Connor, Lawrence David Guerin,Joseph Guerin, Eileen Guerin and Margaret Guerin. plus others which I'm not sure of.
Lawrence , Joseph and Margaret with siblings of my father in law.
Apparently the deeds for the grave are with a member of the family in Limerick.

I am thinking that Eileen Guerin ( nee O'Connor) must be a sibling of Teresa, I have found a birth for a James O'Connor ( 1871) who was also a son of Thomas O'Connor and Honoria Culligan but I can't find a birth for Eileen.
Can you help at all?
If I can get a copy of William Guerin and Eileen O'Connor marriage certificate it will give me her fathers name which might help.
Can you tell where in Limerick I can this document from?
Whilst over in Limerick I'm hoping to speak to an elderly relation to Guerin family that hopefully can shed some light on the Connection to Garryowen Rugby club.

Look forward to hearing from you soon, and thank you for all your help.
