Hi can anyone make out what it says along side William Charles Ford please....I can make out Sarah Ford mother. c/o brother in law James Cottrell of high street Croyden, Somebody said it says Thanet place. I can also just make out Mrs Hunt, sister Battersea 188 Meyrick road...I can only really make that out as iVe seen it on my g grandmothers marriage cert from 1905, so just by having that i can make that out but not all of it. Thank you.

I have cropped the image but they seem quite blurry now so here is the link to the full documents.

See, I told you all, you were wizards....I have no idea how you have all found this information but WOW and Thank you so much.. William Charles and the board of governors. does that mean he was adopted by the workhouse ? I watched a programme on it and it seemed that the only the children with hopeless parents were adopted by them??? also can anyone make out the very light wording...I can see the name Mrs Hunt (which is my great grandmother) marriage, (she married in 1905, stating her father was dead) I can also see 188 Meyrick road which is her address on her marriage cert, I can also see c/o brother in law James Cottrell, 19 ???? place, High st, Croyden.( that's a new name for me to investigate) Its all coming together nicely thank you all so very much (also my g.grandmother had twins and named the boy William Charles, but only ever known as Charles.
