Just to let you know that we are aware that some members who have BT email addresses have not been receiving their unusual RootsChat email notifications. The members who have already made contact with us have been given their own personal error information so that they can make contact with BT to rectify the problem.

I often get asked where the "reply" button is on topics.

Scroll down the topic until you get to the last response, just below this on the right hand side you will find the blue reply button. See the picture below.

Hello,

I have been doing a little project photographing gravestones and am interested in the Angels actions, where I live in Manchester they seem quite limited their favourite themes are as follows..

1. Putting a wreath on a cross
2. Reading a scroll
3. Holding an arm up to heaven
4. Holding flowers
5. Praying

Does anyone have any ideas on any symbolism of the angels ?

I have been asked for help a couple of times this week on how to copy and paste to other threads on RootsChat, so here is some help for others who maybe wondering too.

If you are creating a link from a page on RootsChat look up to your tool bar, this will start with "http://www.rootschat.com/forumblahblah....." Place your cursor at the end of the address and with your mouse you drag along the address right to left whilst holding the left button down (on the mouse) this will highlight the address. Next click with the right button of your mouse and it will open up a box with some options select "copy". In your new post you can then use your mouse to put the cursor into the message, use the right button of your mouse to click in the post and this will then give you some options, one being "Paste" when you select paste it will then copy the link into the message. da da hopefully it should then appear
