hi its Violet williams,the story goes that her mother Margaret Williams had Violet out of wedlock and no one knew who her father was , i think i do now from her birth cert she was called smallwood and Born at reform place,she was my dads cousin a lot older than him but cousins all the same.it is her rand parents i am lookin for thomas and mary williams.

well in 1891 census all my Williams were in orchard street oswestry then in 1901 i found most of the children in cheltenham thanks to 1911 census ,the parents mary and thomas williams dissappeared cant find them anywhere.im thinkin why would all their family o to cheltenham without them, could they have died,

i had an ancestor hugh williams born 1877 in india who was thought to have died young as he seemed to have disappeared, i randomly entered his name in area where his elder sister lived and i found him with wife and three children,so now i can send off for marriage certs,hope it also helps you.
