In 1871 Henry & Sarah A Morris were living at 17 at Victoria Street West Bromwich.

The only record of Henry Morris marrying is to a Sarah Ann Harborn in 1870. All of the children in the census are born to a Sarah Ann Crowther.
I haven't managed to find a birth/parish record for Sarah the first born approx 1872 (according to the census).
This is the iformation that I have for the other siblings

1881 Census Henry 27 (puddler), Sarah A 26, Sarah 8, Harriet 5, Lizzie 3 , Henry 1 at 42 Moor Street West bromwich

Has anyone access to West Bromwich parish Registers?
I am trying to find a Sarah Ann Morris born to Henry Morris & Sarah Ann Crowther/Harborn.
She appears on the 1881 census in West Bromwich as aged 8 born 1872.
I cannot find a birth for Sarah that matches, all the certificates I have sent for have been the wrong parents.

I have a feeling that they might have been born married in Scotland as I can find no record in Birmingham.

He married a Laura Pyne in 1935 in West Bromwich.
I was wondering if anyone has access to the 1911 census who could help me on my way with the Beard family.

That could be a possibility. You would think she would use Crowther on the marriage cert then. I have also noticed that there is no trace of Henry Harborne or Sarah Ann Harborne (Crowther) in the 1861 census.

I have a marriage entry from FREEBMD for Henry Harbon & Harriet Richards Dec 1851.
I haven't continued with this because I am not sure if I am chasing Harborn or Crowther.
My main concern was for the Morris side of the family as this is my Dad's side but as I couldn't find the parents of Henry Morris I tried to fill in the gaps with Sarah Ann but as you can see there is something very odd with it all.

Yes I have the marriage cert for Henry Morris & Sarah Harborne.
Henry 20 Puddler Father blank (my henry was a puddler on all census/childrens birth certs)
Sarah 18 Father Henry Harborn laborer.
Witnesses William Richards & Elizabeth Granger
The witnesses tie in with a birth cert for Sarah Ann Harborn (1854) as her mother is Harriet formerley Richards
It's all very confusing & has been baffling me for years.
