I got the info from 1837 online and free bmd june quarter prescot.they both lived in st helens and were born between 1881 and 1883 prescot is the reg district for st helens I do know that my uncle john was born in 1912/3 registerd in prescot with his mother maiden name as hodson.

william woods married june quarter 1909 vol 8 page 1349 I know my grandmother was sarah alice hodson but I cannot find the corresponding vol or page number on 1837 online information can anyone help with this bebore I send for the marriage cert.
