We are not allowed to post details of the living /may be living
You may find a possibility if you look in Lower Agbrigg in 1943 & 45

Suz

Dont think it likely that either Mabel or her husband Cyril will be living in 2014? So as Mabel's 1911 birth says Charlton, I presume, she would be married there to? Can anyone help find this cert?

Need the help of some in Wakefield to look up Mabel's' marriage cert, and let me know a little more about her spouse, Cyril Ward.
Be great to see her parish entry, but anything will help.
Lots of confusion over just which Cyril it was.
Regards.

Hi, some very good news today, finally after years of hitting my head against a brick wall, (never say never give up hope!)
Obtained a marriage certificate of a Hilda Edwards, marrying a Arnold Dawson in 1940 .
And her sister Mabel Edwards, (via a Will) telling me that she had married a Cyril Ward in 1934, and had 2 children, a boy and a girl, both at Lower Agbrigg, wonderful news.
All I have to do now is trace them? lol.
Any help will be gratefully received!
Cheers.

Do you have the marriage dates muddled??

Have you checked the 1911 census?   http://www.1911census.co.uk/search/tnaform.aspx

You haven't given any details of the childrens birthyears or birthplaces so have you checked freebmd for birthyears and marriages for them first?   www.freebmd.org.uk

The surname Clark is quite a common one so you will need to provide more info.  Freebmd shows Anthony was born 1908.  He died in 1971 in London

If the girls married - you will need to look on freebmd for their marriages and provide their married names before we can find deaths for them.

many to find further information

Help, trying to find the above, his father a Henry Herbert Clark, had married a Mary Anderson in 1907, as a traveling sales man. That took some doing!
They had 4 children, Tony, George C. Barbara A.M. and Mary Vi. b 1917.
Love to know what happened to them all.
Thanks for looking.

Have recently come across the 1911 census form which includes Mother Mary Ann Edwards, her daughter Elizabeth, and a cousin Henry Edgar Edwards, wonderful I thought, wait one second, there is another cousin listed, living with the others, a Mary Eliza Taylor, born 1859 in Eckington, Derby, and that a new one on me??
All the ladies are widows, and the one poor male is still single, (maybe that's a good thing?)
Help!!!!!!!!

Thanks Carol, have taken them out.

Dorset- I noticed in an earlier reply that you have mentioned the names of children born in the 60's who will no doubt still be alive.

Rootschat does not allow the names of living people to be mentioned on the boards and you may find that a moderator removes their names very soon.

Regards

Carol
