Hi

Need some help on this one

I know Leslie Thomas Howard born 14 March 1917 from Tottenham

His parents (have this from birth cert) were Thomas Howard(General Labourer) and Louisa Chapman formerly Anderson(Laundress) Both lived in Edmonton in 1917

Can anyone help finding these people

I am looking for the where abouts of Edward Tate born 1843 in Long Benton Northuumberland

Finding him in the 1851 thru 1861 censuses may tell me who his parents were
