Yorkshire (West Riding) / Ellen Kingston b 1845-on 1881 Census in Sheffield

I have a real issue with the place of birth of Ellen Kingston(maiden name James)
Charles Kingston my great grandfather was born in 1837 in Wentworth and married Ellen James in 1861 ,in Rotherham.
The 1881 census shows them with the family at 165 Sutherland Road Brightside Bierlow.
I would like to establish more detail regarding Ellen,but the place of birth given as Oldbury Stafford causes me numerous issue,especially when one googles the location.
Could some kind soul give me guidance on this,it does make thinks somewhat difficult.

David Hartley is my 4x great grandfather,although I have spent much time on my direct Hartley line,there are still many questions.
David Hartley married Sarah Whitley on 10Th July 1791 at St Johns Halifax.
The children I have confirmed to the relationship are
John Hartley b 1792 Ovenden -1869 Halifax
Edward Hartley b Ovenden 1795 - 1797 Ovenden.
Henry Hartley b Ovenden 1797 -04/09/1856 Rastrick.
Adam Hartley b Ovenden 1798
Mary Hartley b Ovenden 1800
Aaron Hartley b Ovenden 1801 -1851 Rastrick.
Grace Hartley b Rastrick 11/03/1811
I believe that they had a daughter called Sally b Ovenden 1794 (might really be a Sarah ?,and there is a question mark over a Bernard Hartley b 1803 Ovenden died 1849 Rastrick ,and buried at St Matthews Rastrick.
The children without any year of death I have no further information on.
I would love to determine if there are more offspring and firm up any detail on the children I have no further details on.
Any guidance and assistance would be most welcome.

Yorkshire (West Riding) / Bernard Hartley b 1803 Ovenden

Bernard Hartley died in 1849 ,and is buried at St Matthew Rastrick.
He married Christiana Crawshaw on 27 Oct 1823.
I would like to know if possible,if he was David Hartley's(b 1772 Ovenden) and wife Sarah Whitley's (b 1770)- son ?.
Any guidance on this would be really helpful.

David Hartley b circa 1772 in Ovenden ,is on the Census living in Rastrick- with Wife Sarah and a Grace Hartley- aged 27.
I have been unable to determine the family link ,as all of David Hartley and Sarah's offspring seem to have been born between 1792 and 1803 ,any guidance would much be appreciated.

I would love to know more about the family .
I have viewed the census in question, which shows the family in the city of Manchester in Chesterfield county Virginia,although one of Alan Purdue's daughters has a name I can't decipher -she is 7 on the census.
I am keen to know as much as possible about the family,I have no access to the US data ,at this time and the census detail is of real interest,as are marriage ,birth and death records.
Although I would like to go as far back as possible with the perdue line,John Alexander Perdue is of special interest,and thanks to help on roots chat,and my own work ,I have details of his future life and family in Wales.
Is the age given normally correct or was the age ever rounded up or down ?.
Any guidance and help would be greatly appreciated.

The 1901 shows the birth place of John Alexander Perdue as being (Aberdare) with a bit of a question mark.
I have been unable to locate any family detail's prior to his entry on the 1901 with Wife Annie (Crout) and daughter Lucy.

I am seeking detail to the marriage of my first cousin once removed (Irene Broomhead)
I would have expected the marriage to have taken place in Sheffield between 1940 and 1950.
I have been unable to locate the marriage.

I am able to locate George Henry Kingston on the 1881 census and 1891- where he is listed as (Harry)
On the 1891 he is with his widowed mother Ellen - Kingston,brother Percy Kingston.sister Louise- living at 161 spital hill Sheffield.
After the 1891 entry,I can find nothing of George Henry Kingstons demise,any guidance would be of real help.
