I need some help  to find the baptism of Alice Taylor b abt 1800 Monk Sherbourne, Hampshire. She married James Digby in 1818 Basingstoke.

Carole, Thanks for your reply.  I've never met her. She was adopted before I was born. I contacted social services a couple of years ago and paid for a search for her adoption record at the GRO but all they were able to tell me was she was alive and registered with a doctor in the UK. She'll be about 81 by now. She still has an older sister who's alive and wants to find her.

I've been looking at a couple of original 1921 census pages on FindMyPast but I can't see addresses on them. Does anyone  know where I should be looking..?
