Am trying to trace the emigration record-passenger listing etc- for Frederick william Hall (b 1923 West ham) and his wife Joyce L phillips (married 1953).

Their daughter was born in the UK before they emigrated and I believe they left for Australia in the late 1950s early 1960s.

Any information would be very helpful.

Looking for Lily in 1921=I have her in 1911 with her parents Peter and Margaret in Saltley with siblings but simply cannot find her in 1921.

I have found the baptism of their son in 1822- August 25th  Baptism of Thomas Hall, Stranraer- parents Thomas Hall and Jane Cook .

I am now trying to work backwards to find the marriage of Thomas Hall and Jane Cook - but without success.

I am also trying to find them forwards - and their son Thomas (b 1822) in 1841.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thomas (born 1822) is married to Sarah Ann by 1861 and is living in Southampton, declaring his birthplace as Stranraer, Wigtown- and his wife sarah Ann is born in Devises wiltshire.

Any help at all to track this family would be really appreciated. I have tried Scotlands People but with no success.


         

I can see that Emile Brun and his wife Marthe are at Charlotte Street in 1901- Emile (27) is a chef and Marthe (26) is a dressmaker- and I would really love to know if there is any further information in respect of the dwelling on Charlotte St (was it a hotel?) and did they have any children with them? I believe that emile came from Switzerland and his wife Marthe was French Swiss- and can only think they married before they arrived in the UK as I cannot trace any marriage or birth of children in the UK.
Any help or guidance would be really appreciated. It seems also that Emile sadly died just weeks after the census was taken- and again, I cannot trace Marthe after. that date. Quite a mystery at the moment
