I have a Richard Moody born 1815 - he's Elizabeth's brother in law - in 1871 he was a bricklayer living in Hilperton Marsh with wife Anna and daughter Martha.  I also have Richard Moody b 1792 - wife Rebecca, children: Mary, Joseph, Rebecca and Martha - it could be him - according to my notes, he was born in Somerset.

Hi Christine - That's excellent, Mortimer Street was where my Elizabeth Moody nee Franklin was in 1851 (aged 26), her father was John Franklin, Engineer according to her marriage certificate in 1846.
Fingers crossed you'll find them both, and Elizabeth's mother somewhere close by.
