I am trying to find some details about a man called Ellis who was knocked down and killed by a car in 1967 as he walked home in the dark from Dick Hudson's pub on Otley Rd on Rombald's Moor. He worked at Bingley cemetery. any help appreciated?

Thank you.
The more I have thought about it the more I feel that you are correct .
If you say Oliver a certain way it can sound like Holloway and I think the fact it says FEE RETURNED indicates to me that someone must have told the clerk their mistake
Thank you to everyone for your help

I have another question
Sarah was only 19 when she married so she would need parental consent, would this have been recorded ?

Thank you. Now I am puzzled was she a Oliver or a Holloway ?

Oliver was used as a middle name for some of their children but how on earth did Oliver become Holloway or vis versa ?

From the family bible I have details of a marriage between THOMAS SIMS and SARAH OLIVER 21st January 1805

I wondered if anyone is able to find the details of the marriage or the band's ?
I have looked on familiarity.org but cannot find anything.

I am hoping it will name the bride's father as I am unable to trace Sarah Oliver,s family
