Yorkshire (West Riding) Lookup Requests / Re: TODD lookup please in 1861 census

Hi,

I now have all the census info from 1841 to 1901 but I am still looking for Emma/Emily's maiden name and when/where she and George married. They married between 1851 and 1861. In 1851 George was single and living in Attercliffe cum Darnall, Yorkshire but by 1861 he and Emily had married and were living in St Ives, Huntingdonshire and in 1871 they were living in Yorkshire again.

I am looking for George Todd who was born in Norfolk (Roughton or Knapton) but does not appear in the Norfolk 1851 census. He appears in the 1841 Norfolk census and the 1861 Huntingdonshire (St. Ives).

I have the folling information on George and Emily Todd. I would be very grateful if some one could do a lookup in the 1861 census. I realise their ages don't make sense between the censuses but I am confident they are the same people. Also if anyone has access to parish records etc then I would really like to know when they married and when/where George died. Thanks very much.

George Todd, Lodger, Married, 48, Miller, born Sowerby Bridge, living Malton
Emily Todd, Head, Married, 46, Tailoress, born Swaffham in Norfolk, living Sowerby Bridge in Skircoat

These two are living at separate addresses but I strongly believe they are married to each other and that George Todd was actually born in Roughton, Norfolk not Sowerby Bridge.
