Betty was born 1807 in Briercliff and died 1868, her death was registered in Haslingden

They had children
William Born 1830 in Worsthorne

Thomas born abt 1837 in Worsthorne

I have tried Cemsearch for Burnley Cemetery and nothing came up
Does anyone have any other ideas of where I could look?

Cheers

Wiliam married Rose Bentley, he is my ancestor that connects me to Richard
John married Sarah ?
Ann married William Bentley (Rose's older brother)
Dorothy married Richard Chippendale

There was a theory in the family that Richard had siblings born in Pateley bridge who were George (1793), Leonard (1795) and Mary Ann (1798) and their parents were John and Mary Dawson and that Richard was born before they came to Pateley bridge. But that still doesn't give the answer as to where they were from originally.

Actually the makes sense as he was a stone mason in later life and made many of the grave stone in Pateley Bridge cemetery

I just need to get some leads on Richard and Hannah as to where they are and where Richard was born

I am looking for Richard and Hannah Dawson.

Richard Dawson Born 1791 and died 1845 in Pateley Bridge Workhouse and Hannah (Walker) his wife born 1799 in Pateley Bridge, not sure when she died.

I have found three of their four children in the 1841 census living in Ripon.
John Dawson born 1819 Pateley Bridge
Ann Dawson born 1822 Low Bishopside
Dorothy Dawson born 1824 Low Bishopside

I can't find their fourth son William born 1827,  Pateley Bridge or Rchiard or Hannah on the 1841 census.
I'm not even 100% sure whether it was the correct Richard that died in the workhouse or where Richard was born.

Any ideas or leads would be great

Yorkshire (West Riding) / Methodist Burial in Haworth- 1892
« on: Wednesday 21 January 09 11:29 GMT (UK)  »
I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction

Peter Heap was born 1834 in Worsthorne in Lancashire, He moved to Haworth with his wife between 1862-1871.
He died in 1892 a year before Haworth cemetery opened.
His wife and some of his children are buried in Haworth cemetery but he isn't
As he was a methodist does anyone know where he might be buried?
