as per the 1911 Census.

my Gt Grandparents had a Daughter named Hannah who was 2months old.

Family story has it that she died after falling on the fire, when she was about 5yrs old.

My Gt Grandparents and there children left Ireland for New Zealand in 1926 and she is not on the shipping list.


I would appreciate any help in solving this brick wall, as my Poppa died 24yrs ago, and no else in the family has any records of BDMs etc.

Her name was: Hannah McWaters (as per the census)

But it could be under: Waters, (as per Gt Grandpops birth records) McWatters (as per his marriage records), or Watters (as per their shipping records) and what they and my Pop when by from 1926. ???

I am hoping and wondering  if someone could get you to look up some Intention of Marriages for Auckland, apparently they are at Wellington Archives.

The names are:
HUNTER George David  to  CARLEY Mary Jane (married 7-Nov 1891)
ELMSLY Albert Heward  to CARLEY Jessie Rubina (married 24-Apr 1907)
 
Trying to find out the parents of both George HUNTER and both the CARLEY girls

I am looking for the births of William BOSWELL b1813-1816 in Wick, Worcester
and his wife Jane TEALE born 1813-1816, in Cropthorne, Worcester.

According to the census William was born Wick 1813-15 & Jane in Cropthorne 1813-15 both in Worcs.

Any information would be greatful, I have off the IGI their marriage being
William BOZZARD or BOSWELL to Jane TEALE in 1834

Their children

5. Annie Jane b 1871 Woodend

I have now got a copy of the marriage of John and Marianne.
Catherine, Mary, Horatio, Evaline died in New Zealand.

Its the others I am having difficulty in tracing, and finding a record of when they came to New Zealand. Its possible they came here and later returned to Australia??
