Hi
I once restored a photo of a friend's grandfather, this was on a canvas/linen type of material, it had been rolled up for sometime and when it was rolled flat the actual photo had cracked very badly (wasn't me who unrolled it I hasten to add!) with bits coming off of it!
As it was about A3 size, I told the person to try and get it photocopied and I managed to restored it that way, although it was a photocopy, she was pleased with the result and said it had been the first time she was able to see her grandfather's face.

I've done a sepia colour and also there's a B&W version for you.

Hi
I'm no good at the dating part but if you can be a little patient I'll do my best to restore it for you - I've downloaded it already and found a lot of noise on the photo, so it might take me a little while (couple of days)!
And I'm not as quick as some of the wonderful restorers on here!
