The Common Room / Death Inquests

have just received the death Cert for my Grt Grt Grandfather Joseph Ashley Yates - he died on the 29th July 1882 at Runcorn.

He fell from the paddle box onto a beam on the steamer 'Queen of the Mersey', Runcorn.

The inquest was held on the 31st July 1882 by James E Worsley the Deputy Coroner for Halton Cheshire.

Where will I find the details to this inquest?

Any ideas? ???

Trying to find any information about GEORGE WILLIAM BELL.

George William BELL born 1st Sept 1883 Kingsley Tan Yard. His father was William Bell of Kingsley, a local Farmer.  His mother was Ann Ashbrook of Overton.

George William had a half brother Thomas BELL who was also a Butcher in Bridge Street Runcorn.

George became a very well known and respected Butcher in Widnes.  His business was on Mersey Road West Bank.
He married Ellen TEMPERLEY, they had only one daughter - Dorothy.

Dorothy BELL married Edwin FARMER in Widnes.

I cant find George William on any of the Census's!!
He died in 1943.
