Cheshire / JOHN SWARBRICK ROGERS - CHESTER
« on: Tuesday 11 April 06 18:18 BST (UK)  »
I am looking for any information on JOHN SWARBRICK ROGERS born 1773 Chester.  He died May 1834 and is buried in Chester, St Mary on the Hill.

I believe he was a Mayor of Chester 1821-1822.

I am looking for a marriage to ANN Unknown abt 1800-1805 Chester.

Children of John & Ann Rogers:

JOHN b.1804
FRANCES b.1808
WILLIAM b.1809
THOMAS b.1813

Has anyone got access to Chester Parish Records and have a look at this info for me?

I know John Rogers b.1804 married twice.  I don't have a record of the first wife, however the second was ELIZABETH ROBERTS(nee JONES) b.1805.

John & Elizabeth where both widow's when they married in 1841, they both had businesses in the Newgate Street area of Chester. Elizabeth had two children from her previous marriage.

John & Elizabeth had one daughter between them; Maria Rogers b.1842.
Maria married ROBERT HOGG of CHESTER - a descendant of the Berwick HOGG Family.

Warwickshire / GEORGE FARMER - WHERE R U?
« on: Monday 21 March 05 13:30 GMT (UK)  »
 >:( ??? :P ::)

I am researching my Grt Grt Grt Grandfather GEORGE FARMER
I know very little about him at all, this is it;

George married Mary Price in Dodderhill in 1831, they had a son John born 1832 Dodderhill.

Ive found Mary Farmer, Widow marrying Thomas Bunn in St. Martins Birmingham in 1834, and a burial record for a George Farmer at St. Martins Birmingham in 1833.

So is this the George Farmer.? or is that just a coincidence.

Details from the burial record says George was born in 1795 but where?

CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS?[/b]

Hi Peter,

Looking for BUNN family on the 1861 census for CHESHIRE.

Have been researching with LANCASHIRE 1861 - 1901 and they cannot be located, I know they died in Widnes, but they cannot be found on the 1861.

MARY BUNN b.1808 Worcestershire - WIDOWED in 1857. Died 1870.
THOMAS BUNN b.1839 Worcestershire, Broadgreen. Died 1883.
SARAH BUNN b.1847 Dodderhill, Droitwich.

I think they are in Widnes for the 1861, hey, who knows........

Family are Chem Labs, emigrated from Worcester in 1851.

Any chance of finding these?
