I am looking for William Balls - aged 42, with wife Hannah aged 41, and family - including Thomas aged 14.   I have them in 1851 in Sutton, Kingston-upon-Hull HO107 2360 folio 47 at 170 Glass House Row, and know that the family ended up in South Africa, where  William died  in 1875.   Thomas became a very prominant figure in Cape Town - was Mayor 1899 and 1900.   There is one person listed in the 1851 household - Lydia - with a surname I cannot make out - looks like "--gle", could be Bugle/Nagle/Angle, described as Mother in law.   If anyone could make a suggestion I would be very grateful!    Thank you - June
