Hi All,

Please can anyone tell me which parish church/churches are the nearest to this address, does this address still exist and if so, is it a private dwelling?

Thanks,
Chris

Free Photo Restoration & Date Old Photographs / Clean up & Colour
« on: Wednesday 13 January 10 13:27 GMT (UK)  »
Hi All,

As the board seems quite quiet at the moment, if anyone would  like to have a go at cleaning up and adding some colour to this picture I would be most grateful.

Info for anyone who wishes to take up the challenge:

The eldest girl had fair hair and grey eyes, the boy, brown eyes and brown hair, the girl in the dark coat, fair hair and blue eyes and the two younger girls, brown hair and brown eyes (brown glasses) and if memory serves me correctly,  their coats were dark beige/brown with dark choc brown trim.

Best Wishes,
Chris

Hi,

Please can anyone improve this image at all?
It was copied from a newspaper and is not very clear.

Thanks,
Chris.

After my Mum died in 2003, the family were going through some old photos and came across this picture. Nobody in the family knows who this group are or why it was taken, written on the back was1949? (I did wonder about the Queen's Coronation but there's no flags/bunting, so I ruled that out)
My Gran is the plump lady standing in the front row (with spots on the upper part of her dress) and my Dad is the man standing at the back with his hand on the shoulder of the lady in front of him.
Would it be possible to crop Dad out and place him on Gran's right shoulder and create a picture of just the two of them together.

Thanks,

Christine.
