Family History Beginners Board / Help, please, with Name on Certificate

Hello All,

I wonder if anyone has any idea what the DAVIES name is below William MANNS?  I posted a request in the GLS forum but found I could not attach the image.  If you have any ideas, do you mind, please posting to the following link?

Gloucestershire Lookup Requests / Help with father's name

I have just received a marriage certificate for Charlotte DAVIES and William MANNS.  I have always believed that Charlotte was the daughter of William DAVIES, mainly because she was the only Charlotte DAVI(E)S born in Standish around 1825.  All census' from 1851 to 1901 say she was born in Standish.  The writing on the certificate has left me scratching my head, and I am quite inventive!  Can anyone suggest possible names, please?
I have been unable to attach image but can email unless someone can offer help with attaching image.

I wonder if anyone is able to check for birth/baptisms in Clerkenwell area, please?  I have 3 KENDALL sons and am hoping to find their mother's given name.  Their father was William KENDALL. They are:

Andrew KENDALL born about 1822
John KENDALL born about 1830
James William (or William or James or William James) KENDALL born about 1832/1833

My Gr-Gr-Grandmother, Charlotte DAVIES married her long time 'partner' in 1859
(Dec 1859; wheatenhurst; 6a; 528) They lived in Stanidsh, GLS. He was William MANNS but has been 'misread' and 'mistranscribed' as William, MANUS.  Looking at the index entry it could easily be read as such but I know from several census' that it was, in fact, MANNS.  Six of their ten (or eleven) children, born before their marriage, were baptised 'enmass' on the same day as banns began. 
Is there anyone here who is able to find the entry to obtain Charlotte's father's name.  I ordered the certificate at one time and they did not supply it as her father was not named William.  I was under the impression that he was William so thought I had found the wrong marriage, however I realize that I only thought that because there was a Charlotte born about the right time to William and Elizabeth.  I have not had access to parish registers to find her actual birth entry.  I am now certain this is the correct marriage and can't afford to order the certificate again right now.

As I must spend wisely now, I wonder what information I might expect to find on Death Certificates?  For a married woman, would her husband's name be there?  Would her maiden name be there?  Would her father's name be there?  For a married man, would his wife be named?

Is there a kind soul out there with access to parish registers for the Romford area?  I am unable to find this birth/christening or marriage in the IGI. 

Following is what I know of Andrew:
Andrew STANLEY and wife, Martha Maria (or Martha Sophia) were living in St Luke Old Street, Finsbury, London and had children:
Sarah Elizabeth 26 Aug 1841
Andrew William 12 Mar 1844
John Edward 21 Mar 1846

Andrew STANLEY would have been born 1800-1820ish and would have been married
1840ish. 
I have Elizabeth STANLEY, born in Romford 1798, married to William KENDALL and living in Clerkenwell, London in 1822 and naming their first born Andrew.  I am deducing that Andrew STANLEY and Elizabeth STANLEY are at least related, if not siblings but the IGI does not include Andrew.
