Armed Forces / Charles William Sheard Harte

Can any one help find this, i am told it is on
a service record at the Public Record Office at Kew. The series reference is Soldiers' Documents (WO97s)
The 82nd (Prince of Wales's Volunteers) Regiment of Foot.

for a Charles Harte who when AWOL in may 1853
Companies of the 82nd Regiment appear to have been stationed at Queen's Barracks.

Sorry if it seems a bit vague.

Hello can any one please tell if these two pictures have the same uniform from the Royal Marine Artillery.
think one must be about 1918 and one about 1925.
I do not need them restored.
