I am looking for

Mary Eliza Lewin widow b about 1826 in Dedham Essex.  Almost certainly no occupation or Annuitant or living on own means.  Likely to be living in Kensington in 1891 and either Kensington or Sussex in 1871.

Amy Louisa Lewin b about 1856 in India, Madras Presidency.  No occupation. Likely to be in Kensington 1871 and possibly in 1891.

In 1891 Amy may be married to William Nicholas F Parson b abt 1846 Lloyds shipping insurance Agent b Boxted Essex.

Can anyone help please?

Good news is that I have found him: bad news is that part of the film is not very good so I can't make out all the details - lots of black areas

Ref is HO 107661 4 ff 39 & 40

Next line ( last on sheet) illegible but I can detect something in age for females column so presumably his wife, possibly Susan, but I am only guessing from the tops of the letters

No relationships on the 1841 of course and I can't tell whether William and the other person were born in or out of County.

This was interesting!

I found your Augusta aged 14 born Pimlico listed as a scholar with lots of others.  The address seems to be 103 Sloane Street but there was no indication on the census sheet of the type of institution.  I therefore had a look at the Street index and found Hans Town School of Industry listed for the folio reference.

The scholars are all female and aged from 8-15.  A "matron of the school" is listed plus 2 servants.  The school spreads over 4 separate sheets

Not sure whether this was what you were expecting.
