Hi Meliroa,
The death reference I have found for Robert Cornelius CUMMINS is from the free BMD, age 28, Reg June 1872 Marylebone.
His marriage to ANN DYER is 10 June 1867 St John the Baptist Shoreditch London.
Ref, LDS international gen index.
Its Ann Dyer am interested in, as one of her brothers married a  Harriet Cummins,have been unable to find  a marriage for ANN DYER b 1847 Winterbourne Stoke, see Wiltshire Lookups.

ROBERT CORNELIUS CUMMINS   b1844 Marylebone.
Wife Ann, formerly Dyer.
Marriage Shoreditch 1867.
Robert died 1872 at Shoredich.

Thanks, but the birth cert for Ann Dyer is 1847 Winterbourne Stoke Wilts.
So not entirely sure that this is the same Ann Dyer.
Will do a big search at Trowbridge shortly.

Yes, this looks positive.
I have not done any more on my Petty family, been concentrating on the DYER crowd, ie ANN DYER b W/Stoke 1847, a daughter of Mary Ann nee Petty and James Dyer.
Your info is interesting, will come back to you after the holiday when time to get to grips with this, have a good Christmas.

Trish, My own grandmother Frances married 1900, it seems that after this her gmother Mary Ann Dyer moved to Westbury.Dare I say it but was she put into an institution there or placed somewhere near her daughter ANN.All supposition but I have gone through the Free BMD SO MANY TIMES WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS.
the only possible one being,,,,
JULIA SUSANNAH DYER marriage to Thomas Perrett June 1874.

Yes the death cert of Mary Ann Dyer states Ann Perrett daughter present at the death.
This is frustrating me as its relatively recent history.

irret, sorry didnt answer your question properly.
The name Hector Jones doesnt mean anything to me.
Am going on the Ann Perrett name given on her mother s death cert 1907 Westbury.
Found a death for ANN PERRETT 1908 Seend Wilts but the age is way out, 64.
Hope this makes sense.
