According to a transcript the witnesses to the wedding were
Joseph Hooke
Mary Norman

Writing on image is very florid, but does the address ring any bells?
the names and dates are looking positive, ;D they are from Mansfield not heard of Sherwood court before but that don't mean anything my family did move house quite often.

 I just need to see of I can find some evidence of who Louisa's parents where so I can go back another generation,

Who, when and where were the kids?
info from 1851 census . they are in Mansfield woodhouse - children are
John - about 1838
Betsy - 1841
sarah - 1843
James - 1845
Henry - 1847
Alfred - 1849 all state born mansfield

i have hit a brick wall … I don't seem to be able get past it..  :'(
Louise Norman my 4th gt grandmother,
married John Boole 12 Oct 1833 • Radford, Nottingham.
on census with John and her children living in Mansfield in 41.51, 71.
her birth on census is 1816, 1814, all Nottingham ( Basford or Radford)

can someone help me find her parents, also 1861 census for the family.

can anyhone help with identify this uniform - we have been given this photo of my husbands grandad .. whom we know very little about .. we believe he was in ww1. (john Palmer born 1980 Warwickshire) we are hoping to find out so we can look at his army records

There are nine baptisms at Newark Parish Church for children of William & Ann Clark abode Strawberry Hall father a gardener or nurseryman.

hi can anyone help please I am looking into the history of my Clark family branch I have found that  they live in strawberry hall(fruit fields and market) Newark(father then son)  from 1841 to 1881 census. I wanted to see who took over strawberry hall after them. icn not find the hall in the 1891 census could some please see if they can find it thank you.
