Hiya deadants,

Does the email address of the recipient make a difference? On a couple of occasions I have attempted to send large files to a "hotmail" address only to be told they were not acceptable because they were too large. I had no problem sending the same files to "gmail", "eircom"  or "ntworld" addresses.

You can host a file on a site for people to download from, .... just create a project name & upload the file.
