Hello Aynsley,
I found a John & Elizabeth Price with Children Ambrose, Mather, John and George on the 1841 and 51 Census living in Hanmer.                                                                                    John is a Wheelwright born in Ellesmere Shropshire and Elizabeth is born Hanmer so I'm not sure if it is the Family you are looking for.

Thankyou very much that is great. Yes thanks I do have have the baptism. its a nuisance with birth places, each record says soemthing different so you don't really know the truth

Just noticed the birthplace of John, Shropshire - lol, both census I have says Pntblydden  but the occupation Wheelright is the same plus the ages and children so i am sure its him

Have you got Ambrose, John and George on the 1881?
all Carpenters or Joiners... chips of the old block.
John is the only one still in Hanmer.
Is there anything else you want in Hamner?

Yes thanks I have then right through to 1901, it was the early ones I was missing.
Still missing Isaac from the 1841 and 51, he was born c1826 in Hanmer, hoping he might be with a grandparent and I have an Elizabeth bc1849 in Allington Denbigh who was with John in 1881 who wasn't on the 1851.
Unless of course I am on the wrong track and there were two Johns who were Wheelwrights - lol
