Looking at the cars and the style of clothes, I would say 1930's.

I have a few taken at Skeggy similiar to this and would say early 1950's but could be wrong The chap on the right is dressed like my father in one of my photos - white shoes - and mum's dress is the same length as the one in the photo.

I'd put it in the mid-40's - just because the cars remind me of an Austin Big 7 I once owned, and the man on the far right reminds me of my grandfather!

I would tend to agree with Tricia and put it early 50s.

My Auntie ran a boarding house in Skeggy in the 50's and 60's

My grandparent's had The Quorn Hotel North Parade in the 50's.

Yeh!
       We used to stay in rented caravans mostly although I do remember staying in a boarding house at Rhyll one year when Mum must have had a bit more cash than normal. I never got to Butlins but I thought the site was interesting though.
