Warminster marriages
« on: Thursday 03 November 05 10:35 GMT (UK) »
Elizabeth Sly married John Price on 2/7/1832
William Sly married Sophia Ellis on 8/9/1831 ( St Denys)

I believe that both Elizabeth & William are the children of Edward Sly.

Can anyone help me prove this  ???

Many thanks,
Geoff

Hello Cheryle,

This is where the confusion is !

My Elizabeth was baptised 14/7/1811 in Warminster daughter of Edward & Mary ( nee: Holton). As far as I am aware there are no Wanborough connections .
The IGI has her as the Elizabeth who married John Price but I know that this may not be 100% certain.
Regards,
Geoff.
