I have discovered a birth for a William Joseph HOWELL at Plymouth in the 2Q 1876 and wondered if there was anyone that could check on this for me.
The William I am looking for is the son of James HOWELL and possibly Clara Jane WHEELER or BROWNETT.
I am clutching at straws here because I have been unable to find any details of William's birth, however his sister Alice Florence was born at Saint Mary Church in 1878. Clara's parents Richard and Sara WHEELER had lived for a while in Devon as her brothers Walter and Albert WHEELER were born at Babbicombe between 1866 and 1869 which means it's just possible that she met James there.
Any help on my mystery William greatly appreciated.
