That's interesting My Coveney's were from East Farleigh in the early 1700's then from Lenham in the mid 1700's.

My Coveney's were a female line.  Once married to my Austin I left off research.  I would only go backwards on the Coveney line.

Thanks heaps for the thought though ... might be worth posting on the board just in case it he bleongs to someone else.

I didn't have any Austin's in Dover ... mine are all from Lenham and Charing.

Good luck with finding yours though.

No doubt all the Kent Austin's are related but establishing the links are another thing

I see there are Coveneys in Kent posted in the surnames interests table but not by any of you,  Why don't you check tthe table and also enter your own surname interests?
