Hello CarolW.

"Its me again trouble!" would it be possible to trace the Tilstons sons? they were twins, but I dont know when they were born, I cant remember if they were my age or older. one was named Bernard, I cant recall the other ones name, but we used to nickname them "Snowy and Burny" thats all I can give. I was born 1933 if thats any help.  it would help me a great deal if I could find anything about them. I can then continue with my stump of a family tree, ha  ha .  thanks again

thank you for your help in my search, I lost touch with all my liverpool relations years ago, I am most grateful to you. I am trying to trace their addresses as well if you can find anything else about them?.  I haven't been to liverpool since the 50's. all the addresses were lost when my family died. On the gencircles site there is part of your tree relating to George Henry Tilston and Johanna Overen (I donloaded the gedcom which says he died in 1981).

There are six children posted - 4 of them are kept as private (which I think means that at the time of the posting they were still alive ).

It was posted in 2002 though.

The other 2 children are named as Gerrard Tilston and George Henry Tilston (both have births down as 1926).

There is an e-mail address for the guy who posted - having never used gencirles before I don't know how it works but maybe if you get onto the site you could send the guy an e-mail - it may be worth a try.

I registered on gencircles, and searched under tilston, and found them but cant find the person who posted it, the dates on the one's I saw are not 2002.
it was jeremy tilston member since  2003,is this the same one you looked at?. and how do you download the Gedcom? sorry but I havent a clue about these things, sorry to be such a nuisance! I am so thick its unbelievable. once again i am bothering you, sorry..

Yes I see what you mean - there is also one from a jane.

Maybe we are both hopeless at this

However the guy in 2002 was Don Tillitson - and his has got the names withheld on it.

I searched under Johanna Overen - at the very top of the page you will see who the post is from (next to the gencircles logo) click on the underlined bit - I'll send you a private message with the e-mail just in case - it may be an old one for this chap and may not get there.

Meanwhile if anyone understands how gencircles works, can they inform us
