More DOUGHTY's...

This could be a challenge as very little informaton known about this chap and his family.

John DOUGHTY born about 1811 married Mary and had a son John born about 1850. I am presuming that they lived in the city of York.

Can this family be found in the 1851 Census?

(According to Parloc and Genuki , Chatham is in Kent.)

By 1861 he appears to be all alone - place of birth is definitely Chatham, Kent
