Can anyone find a John W Lamplugh in the 1901 census. All i know is he married Mary J Stonehouse in 1911 at Stokesley. Mary was b 1884. John's father could be  William

There is this chap

John W Lamplugh age 12 born Carlton,Yorkshire, living Kilham, Yorkshire but dad is Robert.

Alternatively there is

I would be tempted to go for the first one. Found on FreeBMD Lamplugh John William Stokesley Sept 1888. He looks a good fit. I need more pieces to be sure. Just like a jigsaw puzzle.Do you have the rest of his family.

No only just got the marriage details yesterday. I was told Mary married a William Lamplugh in 1902. (info came from relies) Got that cert and Mary had the wrong surname. Just trying to get a bit more info before ordering.

My mum has the oldest child as Robert so seems to be the one. Some of her information needs tweaking to get the right family.
