Welsh Parish Records

Hi can anybody please tell me if Welsh Parish Records are likely to be written in welsh or english, ie for Holywell, Flintshire, my area of interest.

About 99% are in English. If you're lucky, you'll find a couple of entries in Welsh.

Having said that though, Welsh names and places are usually in Welsh, some having been anglicised.
