Does anyone know where my g/g/grandfather Anthony Stevens would have learned to be a wig maker (peruquier) in South Molton between c1822 and 1839? Or perhaps, what hairdressers there were in the town at that time.
Would appreciate any thoughts on the subject...............Jack
