Saw this on a mailing list and thought Meath researchers would be interested - the original poster gave me permission to put it here

The Meath Ireland I.G.P. web site has a new look and tons of new data.
It now has all the Bishop O Beirne Parish Records online.

In 1802 Bishop Thomas Lewis O'Beirne gave instructions to
his registrars to obtain from the clergy accurate written
lists of their parishioners, and with particulars of the
families. Some answered him immediately others took their
time and it was compiled over several years. The quality of
the returns varies immensely, and the surviving list now
available actually cover fifty percent of the parishes at
the given time

This is a fantastic database for people looking for
ancestors in Meath. If you want to take a look go to.
