1841 - Wimborne
« on: Thursday 17 November 05 01:07 GMT (UK) »
I am looking for the following couple, who appear to have lived in the same place for many years - and I hope in 1841  :)  :)

There are no children mentioned 1851 + but would love to know if they ever had any children.

John Forest/Forrest  b. c 1801 Wimborne Dorset
Eleanor Forest/Forrest (nee Miles) b. c. 1812 Melbury (or Shaftesbury  ;D) Dorset

John was a gardener - they lived at South Common Wimborne (or Wimborne Minister) Dorset.

Many thanks

Trish

1841 doesn't give relationships.  I am presuming  John wasn't married in 1841.  I did look for an Eleanor Miles but couldn't come up with one suitable.

Many thanks again - I think my first assumption was probably correct - no children. Eleanor was probably born elsewhere - her family moved around quite alot. They are a "tough mob" to track down.  ;D
