Looks like late 1940's as hairstyle on the lh person, type of clothes and hemline and shoes.  Also the car.

That is  wartime tape over the windows car looks like a Jowett i would say this pic was taken about 1944/46, the car looks about 1938  Jowett.

That's Olive on the left (my Nan) and her sister in law, Eliza on the right.  If this was midforties they would have been in their mid thirties ! I think it was taken at Hither Green, South London.
