Hi alllegs and arranroots  ;D  ;D   ;D

I just typed a reply and hit the back button and it disappeared.  >:( can tell I had a late night making Christmas Cards to the wee hours.  ;D

To let you know you are not going mad !!!!!!!.

The 1851 Census Index on Ancestry is not complete. I had listed the missing villages Yarwell and Nassington being just 2.

I am off to Market Harborough for Lunch with hubby so I will post the information later.

Cheers Sandy

Thank you Sandy,

You're a star.  Have a lovely lunch and don't worry about rushing with the 1851 info, I really need to get some uni work done and all my family tree stuff is a real distraction!!

Thank you again.
Love

Hi alllegs/legs

You are most welcome.

I guess we would all have to do it the old way  ;D  ;D  ;D I remember it so well.
I still have the lining paper with my family tree on from 1984 !!!!!!!!!! when I began researching my lineage.  ;D   ;D  ;D.

Hope you managed to do some of your uni work and didn't keep stopping to take a peek.

Lizzie has now been fed and I am feeling much warmer so I will list what else I found.

David seems to have been baptised in Yarwell in 1809 to Thomas and Catherine Hubbard on Feb 12th. No other David in village so maybe correct.

Now you have your next lineage back.  ;D

On the 1841 Census H.O. 107/812  Yarwell
David is on Page 11 Folio 8 with family (this information is from image not Alan Clarke's index).

On Page 16 Folio 11
Thomas Hubbard 60 farmer Y
Catherine 60 Y

I found lots of other Hubbards on the 1841/51 are you interested in them.

Sandy

Awesome - I officially love you!!

Glad you have defrosted and Lizzie is all sorted!

Have done a little uni work, but it is so boring in comparison to this!!

I thought David was baptised in 1809 and that his father was Thomas, I had no idea about his mother though - thank you!

Would love all the Hubbard's you can if if it's not too much trouble.....no rush!!

I'll PM you my email address, it might be easier that way!

Thank you sooooooo much again.

Love
Legs

I still do it the old way too, I have a huge board (always in the way of everything!) with loads of little squares cut out for each person blu tacked on it, joined up with pencil lines!  Mum's family is on on side and dads is on the other, although mum's is starting to go up the side of the stair case as well now!!  oh dear!!
