LOOK UP PLEASE - LEACH

Can any one help me as a new researcher to Irish Family History, I have hit a brick wall with English searches.  I am trying to track my Grandfather,
SAMUEL PERCY LEACH b1888/1993 as on cert.
I was once told he came from Limerick but have no proof of this and no one alive to ask.
His Father was JOHN LEACH b? a Miller.
His sister was I think was
EDITH HOLLAND, maybe her married name, or could she  be his mother? his mother had been married before, and all I know of her is that the name DANES was wrote down but it could be a married name or maiden name, sounds confusing I know, I am.
Please Please HELP
