Photo offer around Ashbourne.

Hi everyone,

I will be in Ashbourne for a couple of days at the beginning of December (as of Monday 12th) and as I have a spare day I'm more than happy to go take photo's in and around Ashbourne of houses, graves etc.

I've already planned to go to Tissington, Allsop-en-le-Dale, Bradbourne and Mapleton to photograph war graves for the WGMP.

Please let me know asap so I can plan a route!

James Allsop died 21st Jan 1940
Hannah Allsop died 1904
William Allsop died 15th May 1870
Wandell Allsop 14th Dec 1846
 
It would be really great to have photos. While you are in Allsop en le dale a picture of Allsop Hall where the other half of the family resided would be nice

For me also, if you spot the surname WATERFIELD
or BASSANO on anything please snap it for me.
My Waterfield family connection had cotton mill in
Wood Eaves late 1700's - early 1800's and family
is bound to feature in graveyards.  Also in Wirksworth
many of my Bassano family members lived and died.
( I believe St Michaels) - marriages at St Wirksworth
Parish and baptisms St Alkmunds.  That's all the
info I have.  I will email you with my private address.

This is a most generous offer. If you happen to be passing through/by Brailsford and fancy a stop in the churchyard, I'd love photos of any of the KIRKLAND graves - they're almost certain to be my lot. But please don't go out of your way and don't worry if you haven't time.
