Hi
The following extract is from the 1871 census for Suffolk, has anyone any ideas what this birthplace could be?

Hi John
Thanks for that, I read it as Bricet but couldn't find any reference to a BRICET, have you any idea where abouts, is it anywhere near the Essex border?

Hi To All
Thanks to you all for your help, I'm 99.9% sure it is Bricet and is local saying for Great Bricett.
Thanks once again

Hello Anne,

Its about 8.9 miles from Ipswich, travelling West by North West!

I find this free program excellent for this sort of thing...
