hi could someone tell me what it means by full age on a marriage cert

It means they are over 21 and so don't need their parent's permission.

Yer, but keep an eye out onecoat, 'cos people fibbed, there was no formal checking of information given, so if a person wanted to marry without parent's permission guess what they did ;D
