Are you into Fletcher's or Mc Gowann's ?

I ask because my Grandmother was a Leah Fletcher who is the daughter of a Austin Fletcher and I think she originates from Shallum Fletchers b. Tottington, Lancs in 1829 family who resided in the Rochdale, Castleton, Thornham, Oldham areas of Lancs.
It's early days yet, still trying to piece together!

Regards
Bryant
Researching names BRYANT (Camberwell), PASTERFIELD (Essex and all), RAY (Holborn/Islington areas back to Brentford), POWELL (Glouc & beyond?)
Fletcher (Glouc into Warwickshie into Lancs?), BUCKLEY (Chatham area), Watson (Chatham area).

Hi Bryant,

It's the Fletcher's that I'm interested in but my lot are in the Isle of Axholme, Lincolnshire, and not Lancashire as I thought when I got this birth certificate. ::)
